Awesome project - Enso Catamaran By Zack Stephanchick

Zack Stephanchick, a third year Transportation Design student at the College for Creative Studies in Detroit had recently presented his new awesome project – Enso Catamaran.

The 140-foot Enso Yacht got an inspiration from Zen Buddhism and some other eastern philosophies. This luxurious and eco-friendly yacht is designed to allow people to be one with the world, while respecting it at the same time.



The lounge area has a retractable glass roof. Spacious interior will allow everyone to relax and have luxurious cruising experience.

Electro-Air Hybrid Vehicle - Petra Project By Vasyl Sydoruk: The thought of exhausting non renewable sources of energy surely makes one go numb. Imagine a life when gas stations will be history and people coming back to bullock carts for transportation. Oops! What a scary thought especially in this fast paced world. To make your thoughts come to a halt, Vasyl Sydoruk, has designed a sail system called the Petra project, with a steady charging method. With an intention to craft a devise which will make good use of electro-air system of sails and vertical turbines, he came up with this fuel cutting device.




Reversing into history, humans have always exploited the power of wind while sailing. Making use of the same power is Land sailing also known as sand/land yachting. In this a sail is brought into play, which powers the vehicle by wind, in turn making it travel across land. To top it all, sail recompenses resistance generated by upright turbines which refill the battery even when the device is static. Capable of moving on both coarse as well as level topography, this dual sail can easily touch high speeds. A perfect blend of regular sails and electric motors, it gives freedom from all external energy supply.



So, next time when out on a long drive or even a trip, a gas station will not find a place on your list courtesy Petra project.

He claims environmental friendly design is not necessarily ugly, and green credentials can be fitted within a sleek and eye-catching dynamic shape. The concept yacht uses green technologies in an original and customized manner.

The environmental friendly technologies are concealed in the gracefulness of the form. It is like a genuine mutiny against inactive design and appears as a benchmark in a new movement where artistic form blends with dynamic design. The sail/bio-diesel hybrid engine offers a one of a kind yachting experience, which is in accordance with the world’s expectations in green technology.

The modern sail system enables user to turn the machine from a regular sailing yacht into a power cruiser. Combining the two propulsion systems, a substantial fuel consumption and carbon emission economy can be obtained.
