Electric Car: FOOW Eco Rider By Pietro Russomanno: Creativity knows no boundaries. True it is! But pulling out that creativity in the form of ideas, and then squeezing the ideas into designs is no cakewalk. When that creativity, idea and design is for something good, then it had to hit the headlines just like the electric car–FOOW Eco Rider deigned by Pietro Russomanno. The single seater electric car is perhaps the first of its kind in the auto transportation industry–though yet to come into existence. Right form sitting to looks to transportation, everything is unique about this car.
At the first look, the car looks like baby trolley. One needs to give extra pain to eyes to locate the single seat that is covered by windshield on all sides of the vehicle. With two front wheels and just a rear wheel, vehicle is said to create new sensation in the auto transportation industry if introduced. Though the looks are not quite appealing, an average individual’s heart may tilt towards FOOW Eco Rider looking at its features.
This car was designed in such a way that it not only saves energy but also space. The tail covering the rear wheel can be lifted while parking to ensure it takes a very little space of the parking lot. Besides this, the solar cells in the car automatically recharge the car. A good design by Russomann, but the chances of the car getting good response is not sure with a single seat and three wheels being the major drawbacks of the design.
All in all, people who wish to save energy and who are fed up with parking problems may sure await the day the car comes into existence. Others may hail the idea and soon slip into the thoughts of owing a sports car the moment they flip through the pages of auto transportation magazines. After all, speed catches the attention first. Good things move at slow pace!
